JML London Property (真美林地产) was founded with a clear mission: to provide London landlords and investors with a reliable, professional, and truly specialist property service — with a particular focus on HMO letting and management.

We recognised that the HMO market offered exceptional yield potential, but also significant complexity — licensing requirements, compliance obligations, tenant management, and ongoing maintenance. We built JML to take all of that complexity off the hands of our clients.
